I am ISAGANI ACE QUILAB of the Associated Labor Unions (ALU-TUCP), Central Visayas Region. With nomination from our National Labor Center, the Trade Union Congress of the Philippines (TUCP), I have been accepted to participate in the ILO/ACTRAV COURSE A3 04018 : Trade Union Training on Occupational Safety, Health and HIV-AIDS to be held in Turin, Italy, from 27 June 2011 to 09 July 2011 and Tokyo, Japan, from 10-15 July 2011.

In this regard, may I request for the earliest possible appointment date at the Italian Embassy for my visa application. Your kind consideration is earnestly requested so that I will also have material time to process my Japanese Visa application.

Attached is a copy of my passport and supporting documents from ILO/ACTRAV in Turin Italy.

Good day po.tanong ko lang po kung ano requirements pagkuha nang visa mayroon na ako nulla osta kinukuha po ako nang asawa ko..please help me ang hirap pong maka contact sa hotline ninyo nakaubos na po akong 3,000 pesos load para makakuha lang nang information pero wala parin.Hindi po ba pwedeng personal akong magpa appoinment diyan sa italian embassy?At magkano po ba ang bayad para sa Visa Fee??as soon as possible po kailangan ko nang makakuha nang visa please help me..thank you so much and much appreciated!!God bless u..
