Hi my fathers phone went down on 23rd July, and as I was in Italy I called the Italian telecom company from my UK mobile, I made 4 calls to them and I kept being disconnected, but eventually got someone to listen to me that the line was completely down.
It came back live sometime Friday morning (24th), on 0636881 and it has intermittently come on and off again, but has now been down for quite a few days
I called them again from my landline in the UK on Friday 31st at 9.22 am 00390636881, but my dads phone is still not working
He lives on his own in the country with only a lady that passes every day to check on him and get his shopping and doing the cleaning. However he is in his own add day long until she arrives the next morning

Allora,so che il consolato Italiano per ragioni inspiegabili si e trasferito a Liverpool,a gennaio 2015 ho chiamato l'ufficio in Liverpool per un'appuntamento e manno detto che l'unico appuntamento sarebbe stato a settembre,ma dico io se siete cosi' pieni di lavoro perche' avete chiuso l' ufficio qua a Manchester?e una vergogna, come cavolo e possibile che devo aspettare 9 mesi pre prendere un'appuntamento per un documento importante come questo,per noi cittadini italiani all'estero non c'e assolutamente nessuno appoggio alternativo del governo italiano, ci sono persone anziane che non possono affrondare viaggi per motivi di salute ecc,almeno dico non un palazzo ma un piccolo ufficio dove si possono svolgere almeno qeste pratiche documenti basillari chidiamo troppo?a tutti gli italiani che vivono in UK vi chiedo di scrivere un lettera di complain al consolato Italiano se questo problema non verra risolto grazie.

Dear Sir /Madam,

I am planning to visit Italy this summer but have the refugee travel document issued by the United Kingdom. I live in manchester work for a hotel call premier Inn.

My main reason is to know if I need visa as I have visit Germany twice and I don't need a visa and also going to Belgium next month for my birthday.

Please also find attached copy of my passport to see if i need visa as I can't booked my holidays till am sure don't want to arrive in Italy and send back to the UK because i don't have a visa I know am cover visa free with the travel document but is better am safe.
