visa application
hello. I was trying to make an appointment on-line for the last 2 months now but there have been no available spot. I need a visa to accompany my mother to italy(she can't travel alone). She already bought me a plane ticket and will be travelling this coming Aug. 31. How can I obtain a visa? Can I just walk in and hoping someone cancelled their appointment and take their spot?

Documents needed for study abroad
My daughter will be studying in Florence this fall. Her information says she needs an affidavit of health insurance and an affidavit of financial support, both notarized.

Are there standard forms for these requirements or how do we provided this information?
