I have been divorced since 2015. But since then I had my Italian passport renewed in 2009. It is due to be renewed again June 2019 I have an appointment at the London Consulate for the Friday 25 January 2019. Do I need to bring my divorce papers to the appointment? And is it only the Mod1 form to bring as well to the appointment. It’s confusing as it says needs to be submitted before appointment. . Please reply to this email as I can’t get through on the phone . And my emails have not be answered.

A TRUE DISGRACE
The red tape to even get through the front door, quite literally, is incredible. In Italy we are taking people in without any documents, yet for an Italian expat to renew her passport it seems to be almost criminal-like offense. Have been at it for months. Oh, and forget about trying to book an appointment, they do not have the call centres available when they say they do.
I wonder what these people get paid to do?

(per legge potresti rinnovare il mio passaporto con il cambio del mio nome di battesimo in un nome di sesso femminile perché ho inserito il documento per questo, avrei almeno un passaporto italiano valido con sesso maschile, ma il passaporto sarebbe valido finché non avrò il mio genere è cambiato nei tribunali italiani, perché ciò richiede 1 anno o 2 anni causa a tutti
Mi sta dicendo informazioni sbagliate anche gli avvocati italiani Quindi così forte con le scuse del personale dei dipendenti del governo italiano e dei rappresentanti italiani del diritto Raccontami le false informazioni Procrastinare la vita Mettendomi lontano Che nuoce i miei diritti gratuiti alla vita che vivo all'estero come cittadino italiano. / Ora secondo la legge inglese del Regno Unito e il governo inglese britannico Io non sono un cittadino italiano, e non ho diritti come cittadino europeo, perché il mio passaporto è scaduto sono fatti reali e veri gli occhi e la faccia della legge
 Nessuno vuole rappresentarmi nel tribunale italiano per cambiare il mio genere Ho tutti i documenti giusti e ufficiali Tutto quello che devo fare è ottenere questi documenti tradotti in italiano con francobolli ufficiali
Ma il consolato italiano a Londra rifiuta di farlo Queste persone dicono solo di no a tutto PERCHE '!!!!!!!!
È il consolato italiano che Oficialy mi ha detto le procedure che devo seguire e ho rinnegato ogni servizio

così forte non riesco nemmeno a volare Per vedere la famiglia e gli amici sono stato privato dei miei molti diritti di cittadino italiano a sangue pieno dal consolato italiano d'Italia a Londra e dal governo e dai giuristi d'Italia !!!!!!! !!
3. Nel sistema del Regno Unito, sono registrato come nazionalità italiana femminile di genere e nome femminile, e il cognome è il mio nome di nascita italiano.

Nome su tutti i documenti ufficiali E tutti i tipi di identificazione ufficiale americana valida ......

Che cosa farà il governo italiano e il consolato italiano Per risolvere questa situazione Potrei ricordarvi Brexit Is Comming verrà applicato non appena 2019 o 2020 o data massima fino al 2021 ufficialmente Quindi in pratica rimango nascosto Per il governo italiano E i loro membri ufficiali della legge
E il consolato italiano London Risolvi questo problema Posso ricordarti che è illegale continuare a lasciarmi questa situazione di sofferenza.

Im a transgendered Persons That needs To change the first name and change my Gender On my passport I realise That I have to go to Italy and change this in court and there is a problem
You Italian consulate in London knows my passports been expired for nine months
1. I have Lost work due to expired Italian Passport
right Now Im an illegal immigrant living In England
I lost all my rights cause of expired Italian Passport
I'll be homeless and deported cause you left me with an expired passport and you think you have the right to do so
( by law you could have Renewed My Passport with changing my male first name to a female first name cause I have put in the paper for that then I would have at least a valid Italian passport with male gender but passport would be valid until I get my gender changed in Italian courts cause this takes 1 year or 2 years cause everyone
is telling Me wrong information even Italian lawyers So thus fort with the excuses of Italian government employees staff And Italian Representatives of Law Telling me false information Procrastinating life Putting Me In away That harms my free rights to life living abroad as an Italian citizen. / Now according to English UK law and the EnglishUK government I Am not an Italian citizen, And I have no rights as a Eu citizen, Why Cause my Passport Is expired That's the Reall facts and true the eyes and face of the law
No one wants to represent me In the Italian court to have my gender changed I have all the proper and official documents All I have To do is get these documents translated to Italian with official stamps
But the Italian consulate in London Refuses To do so These People just Tell you No to everything WHY!!!!!!!!
Its the Italian Consulate that Oficialy told me the procedures I have to Follow And Im denied every service

Hi. I have a very big problem with my Italian passport which I booked appointment on 2/10/18,I was there for me to find out that I can't renew my passport because of my partner is not there to sign for me. And I told the lady that that I not married with this man. I know he is the father of my two children but right now he said he is not coming with me to renew my passport. And I really need to renew it because of my travel to Nigeria for my mum funeral. I have bought tickets already which they will not refund me the money. Please can someone help me with this please please

So the Italians put a hold on my registration
Due to the name and change of sex due to being transgender
now we're finding out what to do at the last minute
you could have at last issued me a valid passport for a year
now I've been taken off the voters' register and left unemployed the English are putting a lot of pressure
now an authority wanted to see a valid Italian passport I showed an expired one now I was verbally warned basically
it means ill be deported in due time I even refused a volunteer position needed for my degree due to the expired Italian passport
I asked the English authority for a letter to the Italians
for the London consulate so I can get an Italian emergency passport the English authority said no
cause there's no reason for me not to have a valid Italian passport unless im a criminal now I was told im subject to be deported
now basically according to the Italian consulate in London if your not registered threw them no passport renewal and we can't help you with my situation I paid for a change of name first name that is you could have updated it that way it's better then you guys leaving me in this situation
oh and if you call their emergency number from the Italian consulate London you have a woman laugh and tell you there's nothing she can do to help and hangs up the stress is deteriorating my health I passed all my DBS checks unfortunately due to this situation I will be destroyed and homeless
it takes time for all the stuff I have to do, and now I don't have time
so please issue me a valid passport cause in truth you can't live in England with an expired Italian passport, and you guys know this, and you also know
I don't have diplomatic immunity
so what you are going to do remedy this situation and protect me till I get my stuff done for you guys you know how I am supposed to go Italian court in Italy to change my civil status with an expired passport
