I put in for legalizetion of document and the address i use has been change,i have trying to reach the consulate through mail and phone but no respond...Can someone please help me on how to go about it.

I will like to know how to track legalizations of Nigerian documents. It as be long since i submit it but i don't know how to track it, please help me.
I was given an invitation from my elder sister who is married in ataly and has their passport aswel,she was given the necessary documents and legalized aswel,only for me to get to the embassy to do the formal legalization and I was told in family reunion sisters do not inveit sister and I do not understand why they should issue it and legaliz it there and yet the do not collect it here,is the italian embassy in italy an Nigeria a different body or information is sent on any development or its just a way to mk someone spend unnesecarily.nancy
