Marriage Certificate Issue
Emigration office here in Italy says before they can give me permit to bring my mother to Italy they need the marriage certificate of my parent and it should be stamp in Italian embassy in Nigeria, but Italian embassy in Nigeria says they can't stamp the marriage certificate because it's not part of the documents needed by them before they can give my mother visa. Now, what should I do?
