Good day sir I summit my document for legalization since on the 8th of July, and I have paid for the service and the man I melt there ask me to pay and wait for collection and which I did but later he ask me to come back the next day and which I did too, at the end of every thing they ask me to go and book for an appointment which I did again on the 14th of July but I the end am still on unable to collect my document back. My file number is 6650 pleas help me is very urgent
Please, i request for helpful directive on how best to collect documents without file number at the Italy embassy, Lagos.
I submitted my documents for legalization but i lost all access to provide/retrieve their file (document) number for collection of documents.

I wish to cease this opportunity to complain that your website is not user-friendly. Several attempts to book an appointment at the italian Consulate in Lagos, so as to enable me valuate my diploma certificate has proved abortive. Buongiorno.Sono una donna Nigeriana e abito a Padova con la famiglia di mia sorella che addesso e' diventata la citadina italiana.Sto facendo il congiungimento familiare con mia sorella per avere l'opportunita' di rinnovare il mio permesso di soggiorno.La questura mi ha detto di portare una certificazione che siamo sorelle legalizzata dall'ambasciata d'Italia nel mio paese.Ma solo che la consulata in Nigeria mia ha detto che per avere questo documento durera' per cinque mesi.Ho detto questo alla questura e mi ha detto che non puo aspettare tanto.Cosa posso fare per averlo piu' presto.Mi ha detto la questura di dirti"sbrigati!".

I am gagba Williams living in Italy.i came to Nigeria December time to do my police report and my birth certificate.since January I have not been checked in imo state Nigeria.the problem is that how we stopped to pay such of money that we are paying in Nigeria. Because we don't know if Italian embassy nose every thing about that.i leave in Italy and work in Italy.we no how much other countries pay for their country in which in Nigeria is too much.we need to do something to stop this stuff in our country Nigeria.this is bad name for Nigeria image.

MY ORIGINALS CERTIFICATE HAS BEEN WITH THE EMBASSY, UP TILL NOW THE EMBASSY HAVENT RELEASED IT TO THE PERSON I DELEGATED TO COLLECT THEM FOR ME, IN PERSON OF IBRAHIM DAUDA. I AM ALREADY IN ITALY IN TORINO, POLITECNICO DI TORINO. MY FILE NUMBER IS 1373 AND WAS SUBMITTED SINCE 24TH JULY, 2014.
