Embassy is taking more than 6 month in legalization .so relax may be yoi receive within few days bcoz ambassador is working hard now a days
U know hassan you cannot even your cousin cannot ask questions from her husband bcoz he knows his situation here in Italy .we don't know y he choose this way of family reunion .may be he also has some issues .italy is a different and difficult country .but trust me your cousin should trust Allah and than his husband .y he didn't register his marriage in comune ,maybe he hasnot got legalized nikkahnama earlier . Italian laws are very mean...
Hina Thank you for this information. I hope I did not ask you too many questions. My cousin had very tough time, stressed all times. I am still interested to know why her husband did not register in Embassy? And how it was possible she could get nationality by now? If you could say a few lines on this I really appreciate. My cousin can speak about this with her husband
Plz koi gerry visa isb k number da sakta hai married certificate ki information lani thi 4 month 20 din hoo gaya hai abhi tak test nahi kiya embassy wala na agar kisi k pass information hoo plz batna

anyways she can get 5 years residence permit on behalf of his italian husband. and she can apply for italian nationality only after two years of residence! but if they have a kid in the coming year she can apply after one year of residence as well
Hina thanks for reply...why did they apply for recongiungimento familiare instead of familiare al seguito??? (My cousin complete the paperwork so she did according to her husband instruction. Can I ask what is familiare al seguito and how/where it is applied? whats advantage of this?)
if they got married in 2016 why her husband didnt register marriage certificate in pakistani embassey? if they had done in 2016 she could have got italian nationality prior her arrival in italy!!! (How this happens can you please explain? Like he should have registered marriage in Pakistan embassy in Italy? How she could get nationality before? your answer is much appreciated
