SONIA- if you are submitting Nikah Nama legalisation directly in Italian Embassy Islamabad, legalisation fees for Nikah Nama is Rs.1,490 AND Rs. 1,760 per page for translation in Italian Language. Usually Italian translation is done on 2 pages. So legalisation fees for Nikah Nama will be Rs. 5,010 (1,490+1,760+1,760 ). If you are submitting Nikah Nama legalisation in FedEx Office they charge around Rs. 700 as service fees in addition to Rs.5,010 so the total fees with Fedex will be roughly Rs.5,700.
Just for your information if you did not know, along with Nikah Nama legalisation, you may have to legalise Marriage Registration Certificate (MRC) and Family Registration Certificate (FRC) as well. I am not aware of your case and unsure if you need these but mentioned as it crossed my mind. Good luck!
First you/comune need to email Embassy and then call them to confirm you/ comune sent email. Then they should process visa in 7-10 days. Going there personally can make early visa stamp but if you go to Embassy without appointment they might say we can’t see you without appointment. However since your husband is Italian National, they should allow him access to consular officer and he can ask her to expedite visa process. So decision is yours your husband could come to Pakistan and visit Embassy or just email and follow up. Good luck!
