Hania- InshAllah jo bhi ho ga theek ho ga..jab pakka irada kar lia ha ka Pakistan hi rehna ha tu theek ha..ap Italy ma 1-2 months guzaar lo phir next step le lena..tab tak mazeed cheezain clear ho jai gi..wese jab halaat clear na ho aur dimagh pareshani mushkil ma ho tu ISTIKHARA karna chahya..thats my opinion!..All the best!

Hania- soggiorno apply karna ka baad bhi Pakistan ja sakti ho. Italy cannot stop you going back to Pakistan in any circumstances. Mughe nahi pata ke ap ka comune kitni weeks/months ma soggiorno process karta Ha lekin agar aap pakka pakka Pakistan hi settle hona chahti ho aur Italy wapis nahi aana tu phir soggiorno Kiu apply karna Ha? I think unfortunately you are very confused because of different advices. Just calm down and think do you need soggiorno if you wanted to come back later? Is it better to wait for soggiorno and then go to Pakistan? In future maybe you could spend 6 months in Italy? 6 months don’t have to be continuous 6 months in Italy. Any 6 months spent in Italy is fine. Take your time and DONT RUSH in decision please. Allah will guide and do best for you inshAllah
HANIA- jesa ma na pehla btaya tha ap soggiorno apply kia begair Pakistan ja sakti ho koi problem nai aur kisi fingerprinting ki zarorat nahi.
Agar ap soggiorno apply karti ho means paperwork aur fingerprinting wagera tu ap soggiorno Hasil kar sakti ho. Italy Qanoon ke mutabiq jab tak ye soggiorno valid Ha (soggiorno aam tor par 1 ya 2 saal ke lia hota Ha), ap kabhi bhi Pakistan ja sakti ho aur wapis Italy aa sakti ho chahey aap ka 1 saal wala Visa ho ya expire ho gya ho farq nahi parta. Soggiorno Milna ka baad aap par soggiorno ka law apply ho ga Visa ki zarorat nai ho gi. Soggiorno ke law ke mutabiq aap par LAZIM ho ga ke 1 saal ma kam se kam 6 months Italy ma guzarnay Ha..aur saal ka baqi 6 months kahi bhi reh sakti ho Pakistan ya Kisi bhi mulk. Agar kisi 1 saal ke doran aap 6 months Italy nai rehti tu phir Pakistan aana Jaana ma problem ho gi aur ho sakta Ha phir se aik Visa apply karna par jai
