I submitted my application with passport on 15 June for study visa but still not reply from embassy. my computer no in fedex is 5431507 . what's the reason? please reply me as soon as possible

Sir i submitted my documents on March 14, 2011 for medical treatment visa. I have an appointment with a doctor there. I have a heart problem, and its getting worse day by day. i am so worry about my disease.
Please sir, i have visited the embassy more than 15 times in the previous months, i have also sent u fax and email many times, but still i m waiting for the reply. My passport is in the embassy, and i can;t apply for the treatment to any other country.
Sir i m short of time with the doctor appointment.
please do reply me.
