you need duly filled form,2 passport photograph white background,passport original nd first two pages ki copy,English Cnic card,original nulla osta nd visa fee,polio VAC card,Marriage reg certificate,family registration certificate,Urdu nikah nama with italian translation,or copy of all documents issued by nadra or union council copies should be attested by ministry of foreign affairs.permiso di soggiorono ki copy,residenca ki copies nd wife ki ID card ki copy.
