Dear All,
I have a quiery related visa. recently i rejected by student visa and now can i apply immediately for spouse visa. There is any time period between rejection and new submital???
I'm worry that maybe embassy will reject also spouse visa too, because after rejection i think other countries have an time period for resubmission like uk 3 months.
Please, someone can give me suggestions.
