This is to state that I'm mohd Dulal Hossain, a student of Bangladesh. I want to go to complet my higher education from italian university & that's why I have completed my IELTS course & got band score overall 5:00. By the way, I submitted my documents one of the renowed university of your country & the university authority accepped my documents. They informed me to submit the papers to your embassy for pre-inrolment. After completing translation last 2 Tuesday I came to submit my papers. But it is a matter of sorrow that I couldn't do it due to some quarrelsome students. Only the students who are physically strong & rude are getting chance to entrance in your embassy. As a result the real & worth students are going to be deprived from the chance. There is no standard & efficient rules to submit the papers. So,it would be better if you imposed some rules & regulation & also maintain a standard as like as English language course or Italian language course. Also it could be mendatorry a excellent or good academic result.
