my partner is Italian, officially married Venezuelan woman, they got married in Italy, for last 4 years he has been living in Italy and she is in Venezuela with their son, in which country is he entitle to get separation and then divorce? is it possible to do from Italy or he has to go to Venezuela, please help me to find out, many thanks, Iri

Could you tell me the procedure to uptain a visa to visit italy. i was told I have to come in person to the embassy in Caracas.what documents do i need to bring to get the visa. also what are the fees, and how long will the process likely take.
