Kindly note that i finally booked an appointment from 2 month ago after a lot of trials, anyhow my appointment was after 1 month of my reservation and after a very hard day in the Visa Application Center in Cairo as it was not organized at all as my appointment schedule was 11 am and i was their 1 hour before i started to submit my application around 2 pm !!! ( what is the resone for appointment then?) after that i start to track my application through the web side which was not applicable then my only solution to try calls to track it by phone now my status is i dont know any thing about my application and i suppose to travel after tomorrow

appointment complain
We are a family of 5 members; me, my wife and three boys (age above 12 years old) . Last week I reserved a Mediterranean cruise starting from Genoa-Italy and end with Salerno-Italy. The cruise will start at 2 June 2014 . This reservation took place via MCS cruises. Then I started visa issuing process. Last Sunday I contacted call center and they inform me they have availability to 2 appointment only at 14-april and I replied with we are family of 5 members. Then I repeated contact with call center every morning till I succeed to catch 5 appointment at same day. But unfortunately the appointment was at 20,May 2014. And call center told me the embassy feedback within 15-20 days. and that mean we will miss the cruise. Kindly I need to have an earlier appointment for the entire family members. Thanks in advance for your support.
