I'm travelling to Singapore in October 2014 and don't have a passport yet. I lost my italian born birth certificate and would like to request my original birth certificate from Italy, how is this possible and how long will it take.
Can I use anything else for proof of identity? What about naturalisation paper, I have that. Please reply urgently thank you.
Much appreciated!

Sincerely
Rose

Obtain an Italian Passport
I have registered online in order to book an appointment however when I go to book the website says "Unable to book an appointment, exceeded the maximum number of requests". I am unsure what this means as the website said there was a time available for the day I selected. What can I do to fix this? I have emailed but have had no response.
