They are now in jennens road, i rang them this morning, they deal with passport renewals but for ther stuff you will need to go to Hagley Road, hope this helps. The only number i have is 01212503565 and they did answer me this morning. I spoke to Martina.

When I went there in the last 2-3 months people in the building said the Consulate was closed and no longer operational at that venue?! Also like another commenter above I have tried their phone no. several times and no answer.

I have lived in Italy on and off for the past 11 years. However, due to a little mistake on my part, I forgot to re new my PERMESSO DI SOGGIORNO and as a result also my CARTA SANITA. Now I am having a great deal of difficulties obtaining those, or rather re newing them. I have been to the commune and they have asked for a series of things which I find a little unreasonable as I have had the Permesso before and my situation hasn't changed at all. Can you please help me with this matter?
I HAVE BEEN PHONING FOR WEEKS NOW.THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, HELLO DOES ANYONE ACTUALLY WORK THERE?
