I am a student of Windsor University School of Medicine, St Kitts and I want attend an International Christian Medical and Dental (ICMDA 2014) World conference in Rotterdam, Netherlands by the 19th of July, 2014 and my port of first entry will be Brussels, can I obtain a Schengen visa for the stated purpose from the Italian Honorary Consulate in Baseterre? I have the invitation letter for the conference, but I can't go to Trinidad and Tobago for the Netherlands visa. Thanks
