I am trying to contact the italian consulate in london, my late husbands mother is selling her apartment, her husband as passed away so half of the estate will by italian law go to her children, as her son, (my late husband as passed away) his share will go to my children, so my brother in law who lives in italy wants to act on behalf of my children, he has all the relivent documents and needs with me to go to the notary department in london, bbbbbbbbbut getting this department to communicate with us is a different matter all together, ive wrote a letter, sent many e-mail, so has my brother in law, i phone every tuesday and thursday between 3 and 4-30,and only find a answer message iv left massages and contact details no reply, ? ive logged on the the web site that you can book appiontments on line, which tells me that all the dates are indisponible, time is moving on ive been doing this for one month now with no luck, my elderly mother inlaw could lose her sale because all this has to be sign and done before hand, the judge in italy and ashford consulate say we must go to the consulate in london, could somebody please tell me if anybody even works at the notary dept in london, and if so where are they, one very frustrated woman,

My mother has sold some land in Italy, which is still in her name and was wondering if you provide notary services? Her health is not so good as she has just had an operation so travelling to London would not be an option, for the moment. I understand that there will be a delay with your response due to Christmas.

My passport has expired and was wondering whether you could renew it?
