My mother cannot make the journey to London to renew her Italian passport. Are postal applications accepted and if so where can I find the form. I've been phoning various numbers, London, Liverpool but only getting voicemail.

Appointment in London
To book an appointment in London you can only book 9 weeks ahead of time and the booking opens at 11pm GMT 9 weeks prior to appointment availability, i.e. you need to get online at 11pm every day except Tuesday (no appointment Weds), by 11.20pm all appointments are booked.

Once you have been once they are usually quite good and if you have to return they will give you a piece of paper that allows you to arrive without an appointment.
In my experience the agents are a waste of time, the one in Bristol is totally disorganised, forgets to send applications, forgets to call or email when she says she will and has done everything she can to make it impossible to do anything without having to go to London because we did not donate enough money but she refused to tell us how much to donate...i.e. she was begging without actually wanting to ask for it!!and has now made life hell.

Can someone tell me exactly where this consulate is as I am having trouble finding on map,they have said that they will make an appointment on my behalf to the london consulate,as it is impossible to make one on line,have been trying for weeks now.

I would like to kmow what does someone need to do to
get an appointment booked at the Italian Consulatein London,it seems impossible to book, it as become very
depressing. whene you phone them to ask for information they treat you like an idiot,could my daughter come to Ashford to get a new passport as the old one is not clear as it has had some water damage.

As with the message before mine, I am trying to get an appt with the consulate in London for an Italian passport and every time I go online to book, all the days are booked up!! Is it possible to do this in Ashford? Please help! also tried calling ashford and NO response!!

I am trying to get an appt with the consulate in London for an Italian passport. This is proving impossible. Is it possible to do this in Ashford. The passport will be issued through right of birth as my father was born in Italy. Many thanks. I am finding the process very frustrating.
