The lady at the front gate is very rude and impolite. This is not normal for an embassy
First of all,If you could please the Italian Embassy Members I want my words to reach to the Ambassador directly. Actually I wanted to visit Italy as a tourist and i offered my papers but I was refused, and the same time i visited Italy two years ago naturally. just i wanna chick why and ask your highness and i hope to answer me on this e-mail w.elyan@yahoo.com
