Good morning sir/madam, I am writing to inform your honourable embassy, the italian embassy that, i will appreciate if your embassy will give prefference to people living in lome-togo to come forward with their visa application documents to apply directly because of time wasted and because of the non chanllant attitude been given to persons out the by the embassy staff workers. so please kindly look into it and upgrade the standard and this decision to take effect come 2010.
