I write for and on behalf of my brother's wife by name Amevi Kuobame application for family reunion was denied her. When we went to collect her documents, we found the denial letter and copies of Western Union transfer receipts in the envelop. For three weeks now VFS is unable to deliver the passport and relevant documents to her. She is told the passport and relevant documents are still with the embassy. Can you explain where her passport and relevant documents are to enable us pick it up.
My wife attend interview in January up to July we have not heard anything. I have been calling but they always told me it's not bnb ready when I asked when does it going to be ready they said they dont know. Its unbelievable that an office working on documents and dont know when it will be ready. I want to ask, how long did the family reunion take after interview?
