Hello dear diplomats!

I am 59 years, 38 of them I build industrial facilities in Tashkent region. He graduated from the Order of the Red Banner of TashIIT in 1975 and qualified as a civil engineer. I believe that my institution was in Soviet times, the best polytechnics Union.

Now for the reality:

- Roads - one huge problem and the cost of funds. It takes a lot of concrete and asphalt, chemicals and special paint, sea workers and engineers,
and yet the problem can be solved and for the benefit of the state and its inhabitants, and with a huge advantage, but still so beautiful that all gasp!

If the main road and railways in the Middle East turned into energy facilities that can produce a huge amount of electricity, the cost of creating it will pay off in a few years completely. And then your energy will start to get energy out of nothing, and so, by the gift and will be able to get rid of all thermal and nuclear power plants. The air will be cleaner, and the grateful citizens will put you at the monument to life! And your roads will be perfectly smooth, evenly German autobahns and no flow of asphalt or concrete for decades. And all will make the weight of cars and trains, or gravity.

Your engineers stelyut mats on the highway with piezo sinkers and squeeze out of them a little bit of energy, my way of getting ten times cheaper, easier and more efficient.

I was taught to Moscow and Leningrad professor in TashIIT solve any problem comprehensively, and I decided to your problem. Now it's up to you, if Israel is in a state of civilized work with partners from the countries of the former Soviet Union - I will decide your traffic problems, the same project and I am sure all of this will only benefit and convenience.

The future of the global transportation - cars and locomotives on compressed air!
