Hi! i would like to enquire about the new procedure of irish vist visa for my parents,i live in ireland and would like to apply for my parents visa,they have visited ireland in 2008 and would like to come again what will be the procedure, will i send the documents to tehran or to the immigration office in dublin, please reply in this regard.Thanx
