Diplomatic Representation for Iran is handled by the embassy in Turkey (Ankara) now.

Hi,

I am a PhD student in Ireland and really like my parents come and visit me and Ireland and also attend my viva session. However, the embassy of Ireland in Tehran is closed. I was wondering how they could apply for visa and if I could do any thing in Ireland.
