I think they are closed - we have tried phoning over several weeks and on each occasion we get voice mail telling us to email, we have sent innumerable emails asking for an appointment to date we have recieved no acknowledgement to any of them
Can someone please help me.. I've lost my bag with my passport in it when I was out last night and I am due to fly to San Francisco on Thursday and then due to fly home to Ireland from there. I need help on what I should do.

I have an Irish birth certificate I was born in Dublin, a couple of people have told me that because I was born in Ireland there Is a way for me to travel through Europe without visa's.

I had my photos taken this week by the local post office; they meet all the the size & other criteria for my head measurements but my shoulders have been cropped off & are not in the photo. Is this important?

very bad service in dealing with an irish citizen, and she had to tell them their job, in that she was able to get a passport as she was born their, in future I will deal with another state...
