My passport expires May 2016. I have called the Embassy in Ottawa and can't get anyone to help. Please get me the information or the form I need. Thank you. Again your answering does not work.

We mailed all documentation together with monies required last July Your office received same July 13th 2015. We have tried on numerous occasion to contact you by phone and email. To date we have not received any reply or information as to why it is taking 6 mths., for our passports. We applied for p/ports for Xmas alas Xmas has come and gone. Please reply.
My daughter returned to Ireland today, Jan 7, 2016 to be told she will be deported if she doesnt have proof of Irish passport application. She is doing her Masters at Trinity. I applied for my daughter's Irish passport in Oct of 2015. The Irish Embassy in Ottawa billed my Mastercard on November 3. My daughter and I have called and left several emails since November but to no avail. Can anyone advise me regarding preventing her deportation? I would really appreciate that the Irish Embassy in Ottawa please contact me asap. I have left my email contact several times. Here it is again! madelinekurchik@hotmail.com
I have attempted to contact the Irish Embassy in Ottawa a number of times only to get a recorded message saying that the Embassy is now closed and they give the hours of when they are open. I am phoning during the hours which they state they are open and I still get a recorded message. I am really perplexed as to how to contact you and to speak to someone, not a machine. Is this possible?
Hi....I sent for my passport around 6 weeks ago and I am just wondering how long it usually takes around this time of year. Thanks
I have read comments from others about how difficult it is to contact you. Why do you not have a message on the phone offering the opportunity to leave a message. Also concerned that everyone's personal information is displayed on this page.
indeed there is a delay both in processing and messaging /answering.However the staff in Ottawa has informed me that usually, application take 12 weeks to be processed to final delivery and that they are very understaffed at the Irish Embassy, --- what a pity, it would be nice to have staff well cared for and appreciated, not overworked and paid the same even though work load has more than doubled . doubling up
I applied for my Irish Passport in early February and they took the fees from my Visa that week but I have not received my passport nor can I reach anyone by phone for the past several months. They do not respond to emails. They have all my original documents including my mother's birth certificate from 1924 and her marriage certificate. I am at a loss as to how to contact anyone who can help. Why do they bother posting their phone number if no one ever answers?
