Citizenship
I have tried tirelessly to contact someone at the Consulate office on whether or not an appointment is needed in order to apply for citizenship. I can be reached at vbisignani@yahoo.com. Please don't reference the website because there is no place to make an appointment nor does anyone pick up the phone at the consulate office. Thanks.

I want to know if it is possible to schedule an appointment to work with someone to complete these forms. My brother was recently granted citizenship so process of authentication might be easier.... I can be reached at 212 995 9682 and will also call between 10am-noon to speak with an operator....

Doing Laundry in Ireland
Been to Ireland and love the people Two worst tragedies for Irish people were the British and the Catholic Church. How sad that some many kids were abused and exploited by the Church with the help of your govt.

I am a citizen of Ireland but have a green card for the states but my irish passport is about to expire in May & since i am going to be in New York in feb was wondering where I can go get it renewed as I am miles away from an embassy in Colorado.

Questions
How do I get in contact with this Irish Embassy? The phone number listed does not work and when I e-mail you, your response does not open. I would like to apply to the Foreign Birth Registry for my Irish citizenship and have some questions. Please call me at 814-558-8240. Thanks so much for your help and I look forward to speaking with you.

Renewed USA passport and imminent travel to ireland...help!
My stepdaughter is hoping to travel to Northern Ireland within the next few months, she is a U.S citizen and her U.S passport is relatively new. She has been told you need to have maintained your current passport for a certain allocated amount of time in order to be able to enter N. Ireland and that hers will not have accrued said time. Is this correct? Are there measures she could take to remedy this confusing situation? Many thanks.
