Visa for Northern Ireland
I got an email from the consulate of Ireland about the plan tour coverage from southern Ireland to Northern Ireland that I need to amend my visa request to get UK visa too. Per their advice, I sent $ 55.00 wf cashiers check payable to consulate of Ireland to cover UK visa. I do not what went wrong, I didn't get UK visa only Ireland visa. WF informed me that the $ 55.00 was not encash as of 5-19-14. was it wrong payee or lost in transit?
Please response what I need to do.

Looking to contact Barry McKinley
Several years ago I played the lead role in Barry's off broadway show in NYC. The name of the play was Wounded Heat Mission which Barry was the author. A few years ago I found out that Barry had returned to Ireland to live. Presently I have no way of communicating with him. This is my last resort in trying to get in touch with him and its very important that I talk with Barry. I believe it would be in his best interest to contact me because I have funding people who would finance his play. So I would appreciate if you could help me located Barry McKinley.

I am from Sri Lanka and staying in New York for a month. On June 29th I will be leaving from JFK to go to Rome. I will be stopping over in Dublin for 2 hours. What requirements will be necessary for me while I am at the airport? Do I need a Transient VISA of any kind? Please help me with the necessary information. Thank you for your assistance.
