Sending Visa Application by Post from Bangladesh to Irish Embassy in India
Dear Sir,
While visiting UK this September, also planning to visit the Ireland as a tourist. But since there's no Irish Embassy in Bangladesh, as per system either I have to apply from VFS Centre in Calcutta or send my application with supporting documents to Irish Embassy in New Delhi by ppost. As I've decided to take the latter option , would you please confirm the validity of latter option & if valid or acceptable then guidelines while sending Visa Application by post. Will be looking forward to hear from you. Thanks in advance.

Urgent Help required: Regarding travel via Dublin
Respected Sir,
I am an Indian national. I had a booked ticket from Delhi to Toronto via Dublin. The departure time for my flight was 01-09-2016 1:50 am. The airlines i.e. British Airways didn't allow me to board the flight saying that I can't travel because of not having any Transit visa / other Visa for Dublin. I am having immigration (PR) Visa for Canada.
Since, Last night I had gone through ireland immigration websites and learned that No Visa is required for Indian Nationals: http://www.inis.gov.ie/en/INIS/Pages/Transit%20Visas

Please find the itinerary for my travel plan:

Date Dep. Time From To Flight No. Dep.Terminal Airline
01 September 01:50 New Delhi London 142 Terminal 3 British Airways
01 September 08:50 London Dublin 5953 Terminal 2 British Airways
01 September 13:50 Dublin Toronto 6159 Terminal 2 British Airways

Layover time at Dublin is 3:40 hrs.
Please confirm that I don't require any Visa for the above listed travel. I have been waiting outside International Airport since yesterday and I think I am eligible to travel.
Please reply, It will be a great help as I have gone through both physical and mental harassment by British airways. Nobody is helping me here. Travel agency and British Airways is asking for a lot of money (around 1 Lac) extra to give me a ticket via only London.
Kindly reply as I am with a lot of luggage and not able to come to Ireland Embassy office at Chankayapuri, New Delhi. I have called multiple times to Ireland Embassy office at New Delhi and they have not yet entertained my emails or phone calls. I am getting an automated reply when I dialled embasssy number to leave your message and they will reply in 24 hours. I am stuck at Indira Gandhi International airport for more than 17 hours.
Please Help in the trouble times. I have already missed my flight because of visa confusion among British Airways people. Please HELP!!!! I know that i am not at fault.
