If you have many people sinking in a deep sea,and you have limited ability to save them all,then the right approach remains inevitably saving only those who are found crying for a help at the water surface than at the sea-bank! I think your assistance just signifies an attempt to assist, but not that you have plenty of money to assist whoever is in need.Have your system now modified to include the seeker's contribution to an affordable percent.Thank you!
