Please tell me what documents are required and how much it will cost to renew my Irish Passport which expires in February and how long it may take.

My grandfather was irish (now deceased), i am led to beleive that i can qualify for citzenship. I am not registrared with foreign births as of yet (but i am aware that i can still do this) problem is, i have a south africa husband (married to for 4 years)and 2 children (3yrs & 6 mths)which i beleive is a problem because i am not registraered on foreign births before their birth, how do i go about getting them a passport or citzenship aswell.
