My grandfather was born in Ireland. I have all the information I think I may need to apply for dual citizenship. Would you kindly inform me of all papers required and which consulates I can go to to accomplish this. I was looking at St. Louis office but do not know if I would be able to do the application there. Thank you for your help, Carol Mullan Peters
