Hellow Sir/Madam,
I am a Ghanaian and I hold spanish permanent residence. I am recently studying in Barcelona but i prefer to continue my studies in english. My questions are how do I apply for a student's visa? I also need informations on how I can apply for a school being either college or university.
Thank you very much.
