My question is, if someone has an Iraqi citizenship and has entered Indonesia illegally from Malaysia, then entering Australia illegally from Indonesia whilst destroying their Iraqi passports and throwing them in the ocean, would they be considered criminals by the Iraqi government?

I am just wondering how to renew my Iraqi passport which will be expired in July while I will need it to go Thailand in December, so can please tell me what I need to do, or how do I renew my Iraqi passport. انا عراقي الاصل واسترالي الجنسية واعيش الان في مدينة ملبورن منذ ٢٣ سنة
في سنة ٢٠١٠ اتصلوا بي اخواني كل من جوزيف يونان هرمز وعبدو يونان هرمز من زاخو وطلبوا مني ارسال لهم شهادتي الجنسية العراقية وهويتي الاحوال المدنية لغرض الحصول على ثلاثة قطع اراضي سكنية باسمي في محافظة دهوك قضاء زاخو قرية تلكبر وقمت بذالك وبالفعل حصلوا على ثلاثة قطع اراضي باسمي وتم بيعها بدون اي وكالة عني بمبلغ ١١٤ا لف دولار امريكي بموحب افادة وشهادة صاحب مكتب العقارات الذي اشترى الملك منهم والذي تحدثت معه بواسطة الهاتف وارسلوا اخواني لي مبلغ ٥٣ الف استرالي دولار فقط والسكوت عن المبلغ المتبقي وتم حجز شهادتي الجنسية العراقية وهويتي الاحوال المدنية لحد الان ومع العلم ان اخواني وصلوا الى استراليا لاحقا والان موجودين في ملبورن وحاولت عن طريق الاصدقاء للتوسط بخصوص ذالك ولم يوافقوا على اعادتها لي ومع العلم موجودة بين ايديهم وطرحت قضيتي على شرطة ملبورن ولم يتمكنوا من مساعدتي ايضا ونصحوني للاتصال بالدائرة القانونية وقمت بذالك ولم يتمكنوا من مساعدتي ايضا وقالوا لي من الافضل الاتصال بالسفارة العراقية بخصوص مستمسكاتي العراقية وجئتكم بقضيتي هذه راجيا فيها منكم مناشدة اخواني والضغط عليهم باعادة لي شهادتي الجنسية العراقية وهويتي الاحوال المدنية لكوني عراقي المولد وافتخر بعراقيتي ولي الحق الاحتفاظ بالجنسية المزدوجة اي العراقية بجانب الاسترالية وانا مستعد بتزويدكم بالعناوين السكنية التابعة لاخواني اذا امرتم بذالك لغرض مراسلتهم والنقاش معهم بهذا الخصوص ودمتم سالمين وطيبين في خدمة جاليتنا العراقية ولكم الشكر والتقدير ودوام الصحة ٠

Many time's called the phone line no body pick up and answer we need asking same questions
I am Iraqi but I lived in Sydney Australia I have to going visiting my family I have Australia passport and I have Iraq driving license oregnal and copy of Iraqi nationality certificate.
I need a visas?
If yes which form we should filling up I visited you website only I found the form for Australian.
