I called the consulate on los angeles to get some informations and there is a man his name abu ali answered the phone he was very rude not helpful and he remined me of the baathies and saddam regiems I am not satisfaid and angry citizen
To Consulate Khalid and his staff, it was very nice from you to come to the bay area and to serve the Iraqi Community and you did an excellent job. for me it was a different felling after many years a professional staff from my country i was very happy. i was trying to do something special for you all but it was a very short time but next time, again thank so much. pease 02-26-13

I need to transfer my title of Property (Tapu) from my name to my son's name by giving a power of attorney through your reputable office to someone to follow up this matter in Basrah with the Government offices there.
