Over one year is my passport expired. I can not understand between Taviz, Tajdid or Tamdid because those have different fees.5 years ago I received new passport from embassy in Ottawa/Canada. I need to send a form 001 but I can not find any key to print it.Please possible helping me .

I have been trying to fax and mail our Chamber of Commerce letter of signing authorities to the Embassy of Iran and the Fax # above on this page does not work and my mail came back to me. How can I send this information in?
