for canadian divorce, we need to sign a separation agreement. my husband told me i have to sign a document that i donot want any money under iranian law, then he will sign canadian separation.please guide me.thank you.

I am permanent residence of canada, my iranian passport will expire soon, can I travel to Iran with my expired iranian passport and renew it in Iran?

For those who want to know what happened to their documents when Embassy got closed.You can contact external affairs in Tehran-Iran.....telephone No.(21)61153035 and ask for consular section.The have opened a section for Iranians living in Canada and UK where we don't have Iran-Embassy,I had similar problem and everything is working fine but ,you need to have a relative to do certain thing from Iran itself.
