i would like to bring to your attention of your citizen who is renting my condominium in damansara perdana.her name is negar mahdi niya passport no B1083205. she has failed to pay rental for two months august and september 2011 of RM6000 and owed the management water charges about RM1500. she text/called at the last minute at end of august saying that she wanted to move out in september, giving insufficient notice and not following the terms and conditions of the tenancy agreement! but until now she has not removed her belongings and return the keys and access cards to me or the management. i have reported her to the police and the immigration and according to the immigration they have no record of her as a student or an employee/worker here in malaysia but they recorded that she moved in and out of the country quite frequently! i m now making a formal complaint to you as she is your citizen and that i m informing you too that i will get rid of her belongings by selling them or throwing them in the rubbish dump! her action has caused me to incur losses and has also prevented me from letting my condominium to others since she has not cleared up her things! i will make another police report on her very soon. i hope you can do the necessary and take action on your irresponsible citizen. we dont need people like that in our country!

I am an Indonesian lady, since I am working as lecturer in university in Malaysia, can I get Iran visa for a week in Iran from Iranian Embassy in Kuala Lumpur ? Since I will travel with other an indonesian couple who stay in Indonesia, so I will proceed my visa in Kuala Lumpur alone, is that possible ?

I am working in a medical devices manufacturing company in selangor.
We are importing our products into Iran and our Iranian distributor would request us some documents to be legalized prior submitting to the government for product registration purposes. The documents involved some letter of authorization, letter of guaranty, letter of commitment and declaration of conformity. May i know what kind of documents authetication need to go through and the fees for legalization involved?
