although i have two flat in uae,this is 3 times that iam requesting to Touriest visa for entering to uae
via travel angency in tehran all was rejected,they are saying that the goverment of uae put me in Black list!

My parents have come to UAE on visit visa and wish to visit iran from here. So can they get visa on arrival @ Tehran airport and can they acquire the visa from here in Dubai.

I intend to invite my Vietnamese friend who lives temporally in Dubai to Iran for two weeks stay. I was told that Iran doesn't need a tourist visa for short time for people holding Vietnamese passport.
It is much appreciated if you could confirm the above statement.
Moreover, if my friend needs visa please tell me the cost and the time needed for issuing tourist visa for Vietnamese citizen.
