I sent an e-mail in march.2010 about my brothe who we have not any news of him from 1998. he left Iran in 1987 and lived in pakistan till 1989 and left pakistan and went to Brazil . he sent us letters till 1998 and his last address in his letters is according to the fallowing details. he lived in Santo ANDRE around the SAO PAULO.Would be appreciated if you could help us find any news of him .I look forward to hearing from you soon:

I have not any news from my brother for more 10 years
my name is Partiya Ghaemmaghami .we live in tehran. we lost my brother in brasil more than more than 7 years ago.his name is PADRA GHAEMMAGHAMI. he imigrated to brasil around 20 years ago. we dont heared about him for many years. is it possible for iran embbasy in brasil find him or give us any address , phone no ,..

Dear honorable Ambassador,

I believe that throughout these years promoting tour to Iran within the Brazilian market, someone will listen to what I have to say and come to help me.
Some years ago, we met, in your office at Caravan Sahra in Tehran. At the occasion I was running my own tour operator in Brazil named Mundus Travel.
Together, Mundus and Caravan Sahra, we have handled 2 groups and some FIT’s. It was 09 of January 2005, I had my own group of Brazilians travelling to Iran and I was the Tour leader. I needed to see a dentist and you help me to find one in the hospital in Teheran. At the same tour, when I arrived, I had Mr. Hossein Mahmoudi as a driver. Later, I had Mr. Hussein’s son as a driver. Mr. Hesam Mahmoudi. One year later, Mr. Hesam Mahmoudi and I were married in Brazil.
I come to you to explain a private situation in order to get your help and try to solve a situation, which is affecting me not only in terms of my private life but my business life.
I was married to Mr. Hesam Mahmoudi, for 4 years. It was not an easy period in my life. Please I am not writing to you concerning my married life, but instead I am trying to tell you that during those years, Mr. Hesam Mahmoudi was always reluctant to understand the legal commitments we Brazilians have to fit in in order to have our personal and business life in good terms.
Before we got separated, Mr. Hesam Mahmoud acquired an apartment. As we were married under a legal system that all the patrimony acquisitions would belong to both partners, I was obligated by law to sign the sales contract as well as to stand by for all the responsibilities related to the new acquisitions.
At the occasion, I did not want to buy any apartment ( I had my own apartment - which was bought years before we even met) and, I already knew at that time that Mr. Hesam Mahmoudi, could not afford such investment and frequently did not honor his commitments, but at the end I agreed to signed the sales contract.
We were very near the end of our marriage and when we separated, I have given in all the rights to claim half of the asset as I would have the right to. However, I did not want anything from Mr. Hesam Mahmoudi, but the separation and divorce.
As predicted, Mr. Hesam Mahmoudi has not finished paying for such acquisition and last year he authorized another Iranian man whose name is Kairashi Ertebati, living in Brazil, to act as his representative, in order to sell the apartment.
Mr. Ertebati, claims that Hesam Mahmoudi owes him money and therefore he would be selling the apartment to recover some of his loss doing business with Mr. Hesam Mahmoudi.
To be very short, what happens is the following: I am, according to the Brazilian law, liable for this debt, which today is over one hundred and fifty thousand U.S. dollars.
Under Brazilian laws I’m also the owner of 50 percent of the same property, although I have, at the time of our separation, waived any right in respect the property. All I wanted was to get rid of everything related to Mr. Hesam Mahmoudi.

What actually happens is that since I am responsible for the payment that is still owed, my name is constrained to credit and this situation is hurting my business life as well as my private life.
I hired my lawyer to try to solve this situation. And what I ask you is your assistance to help me to find Mr. Hesam Mahmoudi’s present address and his father’s address as well.
Hesam Mahmoudi's parents (both father and mother) are honest and decent people and their address is, in fact, my great hope that once they become aware of this situation, they will find means to help me to solve this problem.
Sorry to bother you, but, in fact, I think you probably give me some credit that I’m a decent, honored and honest person. Hence, I think you will give me some credit and grant me your support,
