Silicon Rubber Insulator Investment case in Thailand

Salam

Please be informed that as a consultant we should get the following information from Thailand to be able to advise our Iranian client in order to bring investment to Thailand.
We appreciate your kind assistance to provide the following information :
1- Last 3 years Electricity production trend and plan for next 5 years and possible challenges if any?
2- Production Capacity of Different Insulators producers ( Ceramic, Silicon Rubber ) in Thailand last 5 years?
3- Demand for Different Insulators ( Ceramic, Silicon Rubber ) in Indonesia last 5 years?
4- Import and export Tariffs for Different Insulators ( Ceramic, Silicon Rubber ) in Thailand?
5- Land and Factory possession rules and procedures in Thailand?
I appreciate if you kindly could help us to get information for Thailand. FYI I tried myself talking to Ministry of industries few times,but no answer.

My boss Mr. Hossein Ghotbi, asked me to send you an inquiry regarding the renewal of his family passport. First of all, I would like to tell you that now they are in Cambodia and usually travel to Bangkok all the time. I would like to ask you that is it possible when he flights to Bangkok this time, he could make the application to renew his passport quickly or he needs to spend many days. What is the procedure ?

Could we arrange the form and everything and when they arrive just do it in one day ?
