من بليط رفت و برگشت باكو-بوداپست خريده ام و قصد دارم از مرز آستارا وارد آذربايجان شوم. چه نوع ويزايي بايد داشته باشم؟ آيا با ويزاي ترانزيت Double Entry مي توانم اين كار را بكنم؟ يا اين نوع ويزا فقط براي ورود به فرودگاه اعتبار دارد؟

To whom it may concern;
Dear sir / madam,
I apologize for not being able to write to you in Farsi, since I do not have access to a proper software to do so.
Please allow me to provide you with a brief background of our predicament, I am an Iranian citizen from West Azarbaijan, Urumieh living in Canada with my wife and two kids. We have been contemplating to visit my parents and family in Iran this summer.
However, as may be aware the Iranian embassy has been shut down in Canada; therefore, we have been having a difficult time to figure out a way to renew / apply for new Iranian passports. It may be of an interest to know that we do possess Canadian passports and are dual citizens (Iranian / Canadian).
I would like to inquire about a couple of things;
1- If we travel to Baku with our Canadian passports, would we be required to obtain travel VISAS?
2- Is there a possibility to apply for Iranian passports if we make a stop in Baku for a couple of days?
3- How long would it take to obtain an Iranian passport from the time we fill out applications until we receive our passports?
I understand this may be a tall order, but if you please respond to my email either way with some helpful information I would greatly appreciate it.

سفارت محترم جمهوری اسلامی ایران در باکو
با سلام خواهشمند است بنده را در خصوص مراحل قانونی ازدواج در آن سفارتخانه محترم راهنمایی فرمایید؛ بنده و نامزد اکراینی ام در نظر داریم در ایام عید نوروز به باکو مسافرت و در آنجا ازدواج نماییم. نکات مورد سؤال :
1- چه مدارکی برای این کار لازم است؟
2- سفارتخانه چند روز در ایام عید تعطیل خواهد بود؟
3- آیا ممکن است ما معاینه پزشکی (تست ایدز و اعتیاد) را در کشور خود انجام داده گزارش آنرا به همراه بیاوریم؟
لازم به ذکر است ما بیش از یک سال است تلاش می کنیم ازدواج خود را به ثبت برسانیم اما تا بحال موفق نشده ایم. بنده که مدرس دانشگاه هستم در تابستان گذشته به مدت 15 روز در کیف بودم اما متأسفانه به علت ضیق وقت نتوانستیم نیت خود را عملی کنیم. الآن نیز اخذ ویزای اکراین بسیار دشوار است. لذا از شما مصرانه خواهشمندم ما را از راهنمایی خود بی دریغ نگذارید.
