Your President (THE JOKER) Widodo is the joke of the world parading your rusty navy ships and your rubbish fighters and your myriad of police and soldiers to murder two Aussies and others. Where is your compassion? For far too long your country has bludged off the Australian tax payer through our Foreign Aid amongst other things including the Billion dollar loan currently owed to us us and the myriad of other assistance we have given you people.

Should you murder the two Australians then I will strongly advocate that we cut off all ties and withdraw our Embassy staff and close yours in Australia. We will stop buying your goods and will force all Aussie tourist to holiday elsewhere.

Your threats of sending a tsunami of illegal boat people will be met with our navy sending them back to your third world country and if you have them escorted by your rusty naval fleet as a threat of aggression then you will be met with great resistance.

Your leaders must believe that you can bully us like you did to the Timorese people when you murdered thousands of innocent people children included and Australian journalist, for this you will never be forgiven by people like me.

We as a mainly Christian country do not execute people for we believe rehabilitation is better and in the case of our two victims they have proved that they can contribute to mankind.

Indonesian leaders should take note that we take threats of violence and war seriously and that in war you would not be just fighting us but all our western friends with whom we have alliances.

The trouble with Australia is that in the past our far left politicians mainly from the Labor Party and Greens have brown nosed to Indonesia and other hopeless third world countries believing it will bring them brownie points. At least with a Liberal government this behaviour will soon stop.

Australia needs to stop giving any form of aid to your backward and hypocritical country. You have one rule for yourselves and total disrespect for human life, take a look the the filthy streets of Kuta where Indonesians ask you to buy drugs on every corner. I will never set foot in your disgusting 3rd world country again.

sir as an ordinary Australian I have to say that like many Australians I have a great deal of respect and affection for the Indonesian people. I dont believe that the two Australians facing execution could have achieved such a remarkable rehabilitation under our prison system . I am not asking you to change your laws we should all respect the laws of countries that we visit. I am asking you to acknowledge the success of your system and pardon these two men to show the world that such rehabilitation is possible and your prison system has done that.nobody could condone what they have done but I truly believe that they can and have had a positive effect in fighting drug use while they have been in prison please sir spare them and let them continue to do the good work that your own prison authorities appreciate and acknowledge

It is not our right to take a human life
Dear Indonesian Consulate,

We are writing to you to express our concerns about taking people’s lives for drug trafficking.

Whilst we do not support drug trafficking and think it is a terrible thing we also understand that some people will be attacked or enticed by other to try and traffic drugs because of the money it offers them.

We believe that as humans we do not have the right to take another life and this is one of the Commandments in the Bible.

For the families and relatives of those convicted the pressure of having to see their loved ones killed must be unbearable and puts them under sentence too.

At least if given a jail sentence relatives can see them and know that they are loved.

We have recently become parents and so this is very sensitive to us as we realise how the relatives must feel.

Whilst in jail you can also monitor those that are truly sorry for what they have done and treat them accordingly.

Everyone makes mistakes but taking a life is not the answer.

We therefore respectfully ask that you reconsider the death penalty and spare the people who have been convicted.

It's not too late
Please do not execute these men. There is so much to gain from allowing them to live, only loss from carrying out this act. The President is trying to control the damage done by drugs- this is one of many ways he can achieve this. These men alive can do so much more in the fight against drugs. The Indonesian prison system has provided the necessary conditions in which these men have been able to reform themselves and can now continue to share these insights with other prisoners. All prison systems throughout the world could learn from the methods used in the Indonesian system. By killing these men it closes the door on all of these opportunities. Everyone deserves a second chance and these men have demonstrated that they deserve this. Respectfully and with a heavy heart

carry out the sentence
there are plenty of people in australia who DO NOT agree with our government wasting public money and resources in attempting to interfere with indonesia's justice program.
the petition against the execution was signed by over 100,000 people. that leaves over 4 million who either support the sentence or don't care.
get it over & stop our government and media fuelling protests.

Premeditated murder
Once regarded as gracious and good people, Indonesians are now regarded as cruel, macabre, and bereft of common decency and compassion. We are seeing many Australian people already petitioning their Federal Government to cease all aid to Indonesia. Giving $605 million to Indonesia this financial year is now TOTALLY LUDICROUS !!!

PLEASE don't murder these 2 boys....it definitely sounds like a double standard in this country. If this happens my intention is to never ever visit this country and to encourage my friends and family to do the same.

Clemency or murder
