Summary of Job Contents
To support and assist both internal departments and external customers as required insuring their needs are met. To seek the support of other departments e.g. Material Management or Credit Control to help assisting in meeting the customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
•Create quotations and orders via SAP system
•Issue ICM to RSC and HQ for technical and logistical complaints
•Expedite and communicate to customers expected delivery times
•Call back customers
•Usage of Agent Portals and SFA
•Orders follow-up
•Quotations follow-up
•Inform to customers delivery delays.
•Customer mater file maintenance
•Task handling follow-up
•OLS-OSP Support
•Other duties and tasks as assigned
Experience Requirements
•Excellent verbal and written Thai communication skills and another language of Indonesia, or English
•MS Office, SAP, SFA
•
Willingness to do this job at least 3 years
•Willingness to work on public holidays if required.
