I am Mohamed Hassan Farah from Mogadishu, Somalia.
I read that Indonesian government is going to give scholarship for students of the Developing Countries to pursue master degree in 2016/2017.
Thus, the application process requires recommendation latter from the Indonesian Embassy in Kenya because of absence of Indonesian embassy in Somalia; I need your support how to get the recommendation latter to complete this process.
