Comments on this Consulate-General
To The Indonesian Embassy of Melbourne,
I write to you as a matter of significant urgency regarding my visa application to Bali. I applied at the Indonesia Embassy of Melbourne on Monday 18th of February 2013 for a visa to Bali and after countless efforts of calling and visiting the Embassy in Melbourne, I have received no confirmation about my application.
I am holder of a Lebanese passport and have been in contact with The Indonesian Embassy of Beirut and The Indonesian Embassy of Melbourne many times since I applied for the visa in search of an answer. I spoke to you this morning and was kept on the phone for an unnecessarily long period time, and in the end my requests were basically ignored. I was told by you to contact Beirut and figure it out myself. This is not my responsibility although this is exactly what I've been doing for weeks since you have not even sent my application. I have been speaking with Consular Mr. Mohammad Arkan's, The Consular of the Indonesian Embassy of Beirut, secretary who assures me my visa application has still not reached Beirut. The last time I spoke with The Embassy in Beirut was Friday 22nd of March and on the same day I spoke to a man at the Embassy in Melbourne, who I gave the correct email address for the Indonesian Embassy in Beirut. I have still not heard back from you regarding my visa.
I have booked flights to Bali and also accommodation, and should be arriving there on Friday 29th of March. It is of paramount importance I have an answer about my visa now as arrangements need to be made either way.
Please contact me as soon as possible. It is of vital importance I hear from you as time is of essence.

Hi,
I have been trying to be in contact with the Consulate in Melbourne thru phone number listed on the website which is +6139252755 but keep on failed.
I would need some information urgently. So if anyone could please kindly give me a reliable information about the procedure of visa endorsement at the Indonesia Consulate in Melbourne. I have one Australian coming to Indonesia for business purpose and he’s requiring Multiple Business Visa. At the moment we are processing his visa recommendation letter at the Immigration office in Batam and once it’s telexed to Consulate in Melbourn, I would need further instruction of what the applicants have to do to endorse his Visa in your place i.e documents to bring along, the time schedule for submitting documentation and how long will it takes to process and please confirm if the visa service fee is AUD 165? And please kindly advise me for any further info I need to know.
Many thanks and kind regards,
Sindy
