You should know that

3. GUINEA
4. ISRAEL
5. LIBERIA
6. NIGER

8. NORTH KOREA
9. AFGHANISTAN
10. SOMALIA
11. BANGLADESH
12.ISRAEL
13.NORTH KOREA
14. UGANDA
(Total 14 countries) from nationals of the following countries need an approval from Immigration Office in Indonesia before traveling. Indonesian Calling Visa for all these countries peoples are too much hard. You should know that to get Indonesian Visa must need any sponsor from Indonesia who will sponsor to any foreigner. Without Indonesian sponsor foreigner cannot get any visa for Indonesia.
You should know after reach Indonesia many Afghan, Pakistan, Iran, Iraq, Sri lankan and Uganda peoples goes to Australia even illegal. Due to this peoples from these countries have very bad record in Indonesian Immigration. I think you know this in most of cases Indonesian Embassy very hardly accept visa applications from all these countries Visitors. If any one from these countries get Indonesian visa and come to Indonesia sometimes on Jakarta Airport Indonesian Immigration officer did not give them permission to enter in Indonesia and send back them in next flight to their own country because Indonesian Immigration is not sure this is real tourist or just want to move Australia illegal.
Process of Indonesian Visa from Indonesian Embassy Iran is very hard.
